I agree, but sometime's it's fun to play with numbers. Revenue from JUST the paid gallery spots would equal out to about ...

1x$500=$500
5x$300=$1500
10x$200=$2000
---------------
~ $4000 / day just from paid spots

I don't remember how much he charges for banner links, but you got to figure the guy's making at least $10k/day = $300,000 per month.
But his traffic is soo stable and there's just so much of it, standard 3-4 month revenue crap doesn't apply.

I'm sure he wouldn't take less than 2 years revenue = $300kx24 = $7,200,000 (probably significantly more than that, I'm sure my numbers are low).
