On game day when your team plays,how do you stay calm or keep you heart from racing ? Booze makes it worse for me

I nearly had a fucking heart attack with England V T&T. I spit at the TV screen. Have to go outside for deep breathes and have massive panic attacks. This is all before kick off!

i hope so, so long as the US can win italy and ghana they can make a good rep for this year. but they need to play with some energy and urgency, they were missing that in the first game
