No, it doesn't.

Lets assume that a king sized water bed is 8 feet wide, 8 feet long and 3 feet deep. Thus it would contain 192 cubic feet of water, or 331,776 cubic inches.

The volume of water required to fill a 2000 sq. ft. house 4 inches deep would be, 1,152,000 cubic inches.

A water bed containing 1,152,000 cubic inches of water would be 10 feet wide, 10 feet long, and 6'8" deep. That's a pretty darn big bed.
