Who said anything about suing the show? That was not my point. I'm not saying take the show/Bubba to court - it's obvious that no one's going to win by taking the show to the court.
I'm saying stop pointing fingers at each other for even
one second to realize that it was 1) a mistake to go on the show, 2) the host was completely oblivious to the well-being of their respective models, and 3) to never do anything with Bubba ever again for the sake of their models. As far as I read, not Mayor nor Biggy has said any of this. That is ridiculous.
