For everyone who doubts the end of the runway is about 30 feet from the beach.
In fact if you hang on to the fence at the end of the runway when a plane takes off the jetstream will lift you off your feet.Comment

i was in the army and had to protect an airfield where planes flew so low you could almost touch them. there was never an accident and no one ever got hurt. anytime we had new guys come in, we would all smoke a bowl of hash, send the new guy out to see what his reaction was the first time a plane flew over. it was the funniest shit you ever saw.Comment
