"worth 20 minutes to type a letter..." you fucking dumbass... you say something like this because you are naive and don't know. besides, its been tried many times. companies have been formed specifically for this purpose. doesn't work, won't work. banks are not liable because of zero liability policies and will typically will not side against their own client and take the side of the porn site. police don't care. spending 6 hrs a day trying to scare the shit out of some russian kids in moscow or romanians in bucharest using stolen cards and proxies to chat with their girlfriends so they get the commissions is pretty pointless.
there is prevention and failure. any effort elsewhere is absolutely futile.
