Irrespective of what he has in his sig or what his philosophical or morale conundrums are, I believe the sponsor should post the stats and/or explain why he was terminated.

I also do find it a bit suspect when many webmasters resort to character assassination rather than letting a rather interesting dispute unfold on it's merits. Makes one wonder if they are shills for the program.

We are working with Dating Gold on a project and I have no problem coming out and assuming that this guy did something to cheat in his account. DG are stand up guys and I'm shocked that there are people even questioning their integrity

Although I do admit DG's response wasn't very satisfying. But rebumping this thread over and over again will not solve anything. And if you're bitching this much over what was it? 125$ then I'm sure something is wrong on your end. The damage is done. When DG gave a half assed answer, you should have said : there ya go, that proves my point and then shut up. Quit while you're ahead.

typically i would agree, but i know thedemon and he definitely enjoys getting into forum bitch fights. he has this complex where he needs to feel like he is smart and everyone else is dumb.

im not saying that to be mean. ive always liked him on a personal level. he truely does enjoy attacking random people on forums and trying to sound like he's the only one that has a grain of intellect.

that being said, ive also never known him to be a cheater. i can understand not wanting a cheater to know where they slipped up and got caught, as it could make them reattempt the same thing, and tighten up their gameplan in the area that got them busted originally. however, i would think you could still show SOME sort of proof that he was cheating, if he was.

he already asked for an explanation. their explanation was that 'he knows what he did'.

and yes, even over the amount of $100. small claims court is great for those sort of things.

DG have a policy of not posting sensitive info on boards which must be respected, but on the other hand it must be infuriating to reach the point where you have to call someone out on GFY to get a response. It seems to me that in light of his questions being unanswered it would be a good move for someone from DG to contact him in private.

If you look over your affiliate agreement; its about the most open ended document in the world. Most affiliate agreements in a nutshell are "If you don't fuck us over, we won't fuck you over...but we reserve the right to fuck you over either way"....

So as far as the person that said small claims...give me a break. And i'd like to point out that if you spent the same amount of time working as you do complaining over 100 bucks on GFY; you would have made it back twice over

i WOULD like to see dg just come out and say what this is about just for their owen PR. But I don't feel its necessary either
