              Yes, but you'd think it would also have to be significant breaking news to warrant such a prominent mention on the front page of cnn.com.

                                  They had inside connections confirming it but couldn't verify it enough to go on record. It's now looking pretty much confirmed and there is a hostage standoff that is about to bring this episode to a climax.

                                                          "Nichols was arrested Saturday at the apartment complex that police had surrounded in Gwinnett County, north of Atlanta. A blue pickup truck matching the description of that belonging to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer who was found slain was discovered at the complex."

                                                                  I see your point but it's significant because what they are saying is "the guy that Atlanta police shot tonight is NOT necessarily the murderer they are looking for"
