i actually just did a half hour on the bench press, inclines, declines, and flys. tomorrow i'm gonna do biceps and back.
i'm gonna go with my old routine.
day 1 and 4 chest and tris
day2 and 5 back and bis
day 3 and 6 legs and shoulders
day 7 resttttttttttttttttt
