Ok,Here is the deal

I have just set up www.LiveXXXsupport.com a great tool for all types of sites.
The reason l set it up was after putting live chat support on my store and in my adult site members area,sales increased by about 25-30 percent,and customer rebills seem to be more steady as most problems get solved instantly online.

The system works like this..the surfer or member clicks the live support button banner located throughout the site and a simple chat box appears asking him what assistance he needs. Its like having real 24 hr customer service staff on your site,also upsells can be mentioned in the chat (virtual salesman) and other ideas such as customer surveys could be carried out..the list of possibilities is endless.

The only problem predicted to use this tool would be the cost of employing staff so l set up 2 call centres (canada/usa) that will staff the system ..all the webmaster as to do is provide us with thier program details.. answers to simple questions etc so our operators will be able to respond in a accurate manner.

In view of the fact that this system can increases sale,s by up to 30 % and reduces chargebacks all for only a rate of $25 a week upwards(depending on the traffic) l thought webmasters would be crawling all over it.............but it seems not.

So what do l do ???? maybe my marketing sucks ??? In that case l would be interested in any comments or ideas including paid for services..... and would be open to the possibilty of a major promoter having a stake in the business in return for the exposure.

Agreed..first time for me also.

So..how does this really help out someone like me let's say who uses CCBill for it's processing of credit cards and has a 24/7 staff on hand for any problems?

Pmdave The site is working fine for me ?,some of the pages have text to be added but the design and headers should show on your screen without any problem? My reply below explains more...

Blumedia(Mark) Yes some of the pages are blank as l was hoping for some feedback before setting all the info in stone,although the call centre and main operations centre is fully working...just click the live online support button.
This is a new product/service l.,m launching hence the fact you havent seen it around . Thank you for the comment regarding a great product ...l think it is too..just got to convince the rest.

Tanza ,l,ll contact you maybe we can do something together.

Driven Although l use usa/canadian staff its all about numbers,the more clients l have the less the cost. For a typical small site the cost will be around $25 a week which l think is a steal for customised 24/7 online support ,ususally the increase in sales more than covers the cost .

Centurion The difference with www.LiveXXXsupport.com is that the support is online,a small chat box appears when someone needs help, I think ccbill you have to make a telephone call ? This system is to make your customer feel that he has support right there on your site.Also our staff can upsell and do all sorts of other goodies for you.

Example from today: A guy on a adult dvd store clicked the live online chat button... asked if the site contained any female squirting material and the operator was able to point him to that type of material ...and he purchased it.
It really is an awesome tool..

Well the enquiries are starting to roll some biggish players have taken an interest so thats good.

In the mainstream,sites like ford motor corp,and starwood hotels use a simlar system..I,ve made this more XXX industry based so keep the comments and advice flowing ..need more input ..input

The system is brand new so current clients are evaluating at the moment ..but the reason l launched this system to other webmasters as a program was due to the success and results achieved at www.bigmoviestore.com and www.adultmoviesusa.com Both saw an increase in sales ..of around 30 percent over a month period ..and the movie site saw a lower chargeback rate....the movie site also has the support system on its members pages to help with members questions etc.
I think the sales increase is due to the fact that potential buyers can get all thier questions and doubts answered instantly........online.... and know if they have any problems someone will be there to assist them something l think buyers feel is very important when giving out thier credit card details.

I have an interest in both sites hence they were used for the beta tests.

I think you need to redesign your site..it looks too amateurish for me. I wouldn't be confident in getting the BEST help available (is what I would think when I see the design).

First impressions are incredibly important.

Thanks for the reply Centurion,l agree the actual website does need more work on it ,l concentrated on getting the call centre and the operational side of things up and running first,then intended to work on the site as it doesnt affect the actually running of the business directly ,maybe l should have waited untill the site was also looking good as you correctly pointed out... first impressions do count.

Another use for this great product is Email,yes email.......now you can UPSELL LIVE via email.

Simply put a link in your promo emails or a chat icon and we can chat live to the email receiver..answer questions ....UPSELL products... push them direct to join pages etc ...all this whilst they are still reading thier email (a pop up chat box will appear asking or telling them details)...again just another great way to make more $$$$$$$.

Its a great idea. I know a lot of mainstream sites offer this and liveperson.com has 3000+ customers but they only do mainstream. I'm sure a lot of surfers would click to chat with someone even if they thought they might only get some cyber out of it. LOL. But even if they do that you have interaction and they are on your site longer and the longer they stay the more likely they are to buy. Can you imagine how many stupid emails this would eliminate from customers. Pay sites could use this too and so could gallery pushers. Imagine if you had a gallery out there and your traffic was hitting it and it had a button on it to talk live to someone. That person is there trying to sell for you. I think it is something well worth trying and best of all he is giving a free trial. It is nice to see something new in the business.

Regarding mainstream..yes its big ,i have a number of non porn clients,the big difference between us and the rest such as liveperson is this.. I SUPPLY THE STAFF..not only the software ..so instead of having to pay 1000,s a week in pay checks l offer a total package inc everything from $25 a week its less than 1 sign up in most case ...... thanks for the input..

YES, A have a number of ads are running on ebay with our Live XXX Support ,icq me if you,d like links to see some current ones on there,...great for UPSELLING and answering questions instantly from ebayers looking at your products.
Some of my clients are making some nice extra $$$ off using our service ..be one of them

You may want to start out by giving FREE trials to some paysite programs.

This benefits you in 2 ways:
