Regarding the TGPs , I am sure you have been on a TGP before so click yourself through the toplist of the big TGPs and try to submit / apply.

Dont expect people coming to you with a partner account just because you leave your info here

ANother way is to purchase some of the regular submission tools and refer to the database provided.
