That's not the format they'd go on a site. It was to get an idea of what he was looking for. Also, they would be in .swf format which drastically reduces the file size.

my sig is 468x60 wich i have seen many people use.
a flash file is about half the size of a gif. and plays much smoother. Yes, flash can't be shown her yet he still commented on the bandwidth. I'm not into wasting my time changing formats and making stuff if my client doesent like it. A .gif is the fastest way to find out if that's what they're looking for and gives me an idea of the direction to head in.
Also, I have to agree with Toni, I shouldn't have announced till I was actually up and running. My bad.Comment

The banner and butons were sent out. If they want to post them feel free but do me the benifit of posting my completed work and not a demo i sent you. ie:.gif 200x300 animated banner is not completed.
