Well, mideast Muslim extremists in general, but I imagine that they would qualify. How do you know which ones need to be let free and which ones need to be detained? And they
are "detainees" (they are being detained), not POWs; I know you view these as "labels", but that happens everyday all around the world. There are loopholes to everything (especially in politics).
