Ok, let's play with your scenario... which inmates, exactly, are we talking about? Since you believe so heavily in their innocence, that means that you know each of their names and the exact circumstances and details of their arrest, correct? Or could it be that you have just
heard that they are innocent and were wrongly imprisoned? Obviously, if they are still being detained, they are still being seen as a threat in some way.
