In closing, I want to paraphrase my mentor, Tony who once said: the best customer is one who has seen you perform during adversity, because he can judge for himself what you can really do and appreciate your service all the more. No one likes downtime, but every host has it occasionally and we all strive to learn from it and hope it makes us stronger.
