I've worked on two affiliate programs and in general people are really cool and you don't get too many weird requests, it should be a fun ride.
50% is a good incentive but 60 is a little bit better of course , you can always make something where you bump it up to 60 after 25-50 sales.

The thought of a new Xbox doesn't motivate me to make galleries at 3 am. Its the money.
People that can make 100 a period are rewarded by the the money from sales. They dont do it for prizes.
Reward them with their paychecks, use prizes to keep them loyal.
I would bet that any paysite owner knows his big dogs personally. Personalize gifts for them. Get them shit they wouldn't ordinarily buy for themselves.
Send them a nice bottle of something that you know they like. Make sure they get a fedex the morning before the new XBOX comes out that they want.
In summary: Help your little guys get medium, Help your medium guys get big, and make sure your big dawgs know you appreciate them.Comment
