yeah it is close to a surfer award - there are webmasters out there who only promote sites they like - usually these people are hobbyists and eventually either give up cuz they aren't making much money or they become TopBucks and TCG affiliates.

What do you mean by become TCG or Topbuck affiliates?
I for one as a affiliate care more about making the most money than promoting the "best" sites.

If I am doing revshare then the site should be good but other than that I could care less.
