what I don't understand, is: why are you buying a site, if you have 50k?
With that capital, you can implement a great site with awesome content, updates, etc. Plus feed it traffic and mini-sites.

Its a good question.

My plan is to do exactly what you say with other money that is set aside for that purpose. I do however want to try and buy a small but consistent monthly income. I recently bought a few Deluxe pass sites that have almost payed back their initial purchase price without me promoting them. I also just bought two packaes of DP sites that I hope to be doing the same with.

I was aiming to do the same with another package for $50k more or less depending on what it is.

So if you have something let me know.
