Philippines is the next outsourcing hub in Asia, next to India.
So just imagine, if this country is full of shitholes and whores, why
would names such as Microsoft, Dell, etc. would love to invest and
relocate their workers here?
Just like Gene said, there are certain areas where foreigners should
stay and lived. Philippines is mostly small islands and if you love to
enjoy the best beaches around, surely you won't have regrets
coming here just for a visit.
