It is a little dim. I would make some of the colors darker.

everyone that has said contrast is certainly right. the light gray on a tad darker gray makes it hard to identity where the content boxes are.

white on gray for headers and text are barely visible.

link color (brownish orange) doesn't match the marroon header. always consider a unified color scheme, you did so with the grays although they need more contrast.
