    I need a designer ASAP.

    I have tonnes of small jobs and we pay fairly well. Epassporte is preferred at the moment. I need a long term, reliable designer for many small projects as we go. I don't want any outsourcing teams, I want the actual designer to contact me. We are mainstream and looking to expand on a few semi-adult projects.                                           However, what if you could lease a full time designer that reports directly to you?

                                          What if you could interview that person and be involved in the hiring process?

                                          What if you could review resumes and portfolios? What if you could see testing scores fom Brainbench? www.brainbench.com
