Is it better to have a text links TGP site (ex. www.teeniemovies.com) or a picture links TGP site (ex. sublimepie.com)?

It all depends on what you want to accomplish, text TGP's get less traffic but have been said to create better conversions. Your mileage may vary.Last edited by erehwon; 03-08-2005, 12:57 AM. -
Most of the largest, most successful TGP's on the internet are text-based. Doesn't necessarily mean they're better, but it's something to consider.
In my own personal experience, I've always made more cash from text-based TGP's. Perhaps it's because the banners and ad images for sponsors draw the eye of the surfer more than they do on a site that has hundreds of thumbs to look at.
If you're using all your own hosted galleries as content, then I guess that's irrelevant anyway.
