Yep they have put a spammer on the same box as me and its me thats suffering for it alone with other people trying to earn a living.

Despite sending them business (I must admit their support has been 110% in the past and been good to me) this past few days has cost me money and that I am affraid is not on.

I have had countless problems with webair for a long time. Now I understand that a lot of people think it's a great service, but I did not find that to be true in my case - and I waited quite a few months for everything to be resolved. I finally changed hosts a few days ago. I went with http://www.highcountryhosting.com and they supplied me with a great affordable package. Although I can't say much about uptime, etc. yet, I can definitely vouch for fantastic customer service. I had constant database issues with Webair, and not one yet with High Country. No referral link here... just an honest opinion.

ya I know the feeling, there is a spammer (a big sponser that advertises here) on my network (I have co-lo boxes) and got our entire IP block banned by spamhaus ... it was that way for 2 weeks, then the prior month for 2 weeks also. I wrote them about screwing over other people on the network and all they had to say, we are working on it and we used an opt in list, we are sorry ...

Loosing my ability to mail caused a real pain for my business......

YOU are running a vulnerable version of phpBB..We sent notices out log ago on this. Please Update Your PHPbb Version You could be hacked. Acutally we'll do if you like. Is it not obvious by the hackers post that it was not anything to do with Webair?

i am a member of a whoreBBS and it was hacked last weekend due to this PHP exploit....

they have a toll free number and no fewer than 3 techs at a time online at any given time, are you that mentally inept that you cant contact them like that?

you probably deserved to be hacked due to lack of brain activity, maybe serve as a jumpstart for the neurons and shit...

Mate this post represents a few days of pent up anger and frustration - the only thing that seems to work is my CC being charged month in month out.......

Relationships suck when they are one way.

On a brighter note the support guy has been a great help though is does not make the situation any better for me.

Okay...I have had issues before...I have now 5 boxes at webair...But anytime I have a support issue...Day or night or morning...I either login to my control panel @ http://cp.webair.com and click the support icon and then the live support button...Or I call the 800 number...So I am finding it hard to really feel sorry for you when I know personally someone always picks up...

Creating a thread on gfy is useless and stupid...The best thing to do in a situation where something is wrong you need to pick up the phone...and call...or hell click the live support icon...

I've had to use the live support a couple times today since one of my new boxes came online...Its simple...Try it out...It dont bite!

Yep used it, works well - if issues pile up then anger builds, calling is an option and when Itry from the UK I fail to get an answer, just a message advising me that if conected then I will be charged for the call which is acceptable.

I dont muck you guys about regarding payment never have never will AND have never posted anything 'off' about your service.
