Hi Charley

Its got the makings of a decent tour. I like the black board and the lined paper and the hand writen heading etc. But there is some stuff letting it down. Like about half way down there is a really horrible flash banner, that doesnt fit in your design at all. Then just below the nasty banner is a nice bit again. With the writing paper etc. But the heading again is like the nastiest font I have seen and again doesnt fit in with the tour.

The tour looks like it has been done by two designers. The first one started a nice looking design, very relevent to your niche and after he finished you then let someone else who didnt have a clue finish it off.

Pages two and three and infact the rest of the tour follow this same rule. Really nice designed profiles then the nasty flash banner rears its ugly head again

Too much variation on design.. doesn't flow together as one piece. Looks like patchwork. The concept is good, but the eye gets distracted by TOO much color and information being presented at once. A good start.

Good point about the Flash banner, will try the tour for a few days with and without and see if it effects sign ups, got to think it will not. The surfer is looking for girls not banners.

Good poing about the type, but do you meant the girls names or the flashing "Click on one of the thumbs" part?

The horrible fury type "click on the thumbs...." the nadwriten stuff is nice on the writing paper. You have a nice theme there, just loose the other stuff that was added later and that doesnt fit in the tour and youll have a nice tour in my opinion

Loads for me, what browser are you using?

As for size that is a good point. but I believe squeezing it down will reduce the impact of the pages. So it's a balancing act.

What I tried to do on the tour is present a range of the girls we have. I kept to the good ones of course.

The new tour seems to be working as sign ups are up over the old tour, however I'm still looking to improve it and will see if I can get it working better. But I will launch the affiliate system very soon.

Still need a text writer for the other tour, had people contact me and they all never came back. Maybe I put them off.

The main theme is good, but it needs to tone down and stick to one direction.. too much change in colors and style.

Just looked at thwe stats very closely and from what I can see this tour is doing already 100% better than the previous one.

With very little traffic the site seems to be converting nicely, in fact in the last few days we had 1200 unique visits to this page Tour start and 24 sign ups.

But I think those figures are inflated because the weekend was very good for sign ups. Checked all the IP addresses of the sign ups and the email addresses and nothing seems out of place.

What will be interesting is to see what happens with a week of this new tour.

But I thinkit's good enough to launch the affiliate program.
