    This kid decides to bury some water balloons in the sand at the bottom of some stairs at the beach so when people step on the sand the water balloons will collapse causing people to fall and break their legs and everyone will have a good laugh.

    He gets busted by studly lifeguard.

                      Haha i thought the kids were awfully cool headed about the whole thing. Burying water balloons isnt going to hurt anybody dude. When have you ever actually heard of someone breaking their leg from some hole stunt. I did those sort of things when i was a kid tons of times, there was always some dickhead jock like the lifeguard in the video with nothing better to do than harrass some kids. Gee i sure wouldn't want to actually be drowning on that beach right about now. The lifeguards are retards.

                      I just wish i was that snappy when i was younger, ( and had a camera ).

                                                                                  I've never heard of anyone getting injured by something like that before either, but then again it's not exactly the kind of thing that makes front page news. But I definitely believe it could cause someone to fall and hurt themselves, it's actually somewhat the point of the prank.

                                                                                          he should have called someone else in to watch the beach then stopped the kids and asked them what exactly they were doing. Then explain to them that they could hurt someone thats old or something if they felt it could actually hurt someone. The kids didnt seem stupid they just didnt want to be power tripped.

                                                                                          If they didnt listen he should have simply walked away and called the cops to have them arrested for trespassing ( lifeguards have that right )

                                                                                          Those kids played that lifeguard top to bottom when he shouldnt even have given them the time of day.

                                                                                          The lifeguard starts to make up some story on the radio about drugs and shit because they asked him if he was on coke LOL i thought that part was pretty funny. He was practically crying into the radio begging for cops to come.

                                                                                                  You'd be practically crying too if you had an uncontrollable urge to kick someone's ass but knowing that if you did you'd land in jail.

                                                                                                  Maybe this guy has a severe temper and is trying to keep it under wraps.

                                                                                                  I get extremely shaky too when in a confrontation. It doesn't mean I'm a pussy or getting "played" My temper tells me to rip someone's head off but my conscience tells me to remain calm. Lots of inner battles going on and hard not to get upset and shaky.
                                                                                                  I have to commend this lifeguard for trying to protect the people on the beach from this prank that actually can hurt someone and being able to keep his cool enough to know that the cops need to come and deal with this before he deals with it himself.

                                                                                                              Lifeguard didn't want to lose his job over a couple of little idiots. 25 hours of community service was an OK punishment but should have come with being banned from the beach.

LOL
