    Going on the smoker/grill today....

    Let's see...We have:

1-4 pound pork loin marinated in garlic and onion.
1-7 pound pork loin with Montreal Steak seasoning.
7.5 pounds of salmon with various seasonings.

Gonna slowly smoke this shit and try to not burn my house down again.

Nice... you really hungry or planning on a get together? And why wasn't I invited until today? It's kinda short notice to skip over to the other side of the continent

Sounds nice! I just had a grilled burger that was delicious.

What kind of grill do you have?

                  UH......I'm drawing a blank.

This kind....Nothing overboard. Under a couple hundred bucks as I recall.

Here's a pic of some of the past smoked goods. Chicken and a pork loin.

                    sweet aaron

next time try marinating a pork loin on soy sauce and slow cook that.
                    crazy man.

heres a good rub for steak or chicken - (remove chicken skin)

                    olive oil
                    sage
                    rosemary
                    basil
                    garlic
                    salt
                    pepper

mix ingredients evenly or to your taste
i like to use less sage and more rosemary
let it sit for 30 min or overnight

cook steak to preference on med flame to high flame - dont drop cover

for chicken use low heat and drop that cover

I will say , even though that totally goes against my diet, it does look rather delish.
