Definitely email support about this, while most of their content is exclusive, i don't believe the entire members areas are so you'd want to make sure which ones you can and can't use before doing any such promotions so email them to clear that up.

Ask sponsor. They vary from one ot the other. Some allow it (hey were all in this to make a chunk o change and makes most sense as long as you are not using full sets). But some do not, and/or only allow certain sets (which makes little sense).
But these rules are around because I am sure some people have abused good judgement.

If anyone has any concerns or needs for content the TCG reps are
easy to find. Its all over the program. I find it hard to believe its
been weeks for someone to answer a mail or ICQ but you can email
me and since I am the boss I will handle it for you right away.

You have to be careful, some sponsors have image sets etc. that are only licensed for the paysites.
