I was talking about the assumption that some don't make $1m a year.
If you wanted to employ me I would start to consider it at around $100K a year, it would go up depending on where you want me to live.
It's not "Easy" to reach 6 figures, but it's not tough either.
The "aim higher" was about his attitude. If you aim low you run the risk of hitting your target, if you aim high you run the risk of missing it, but the rewards are higher.
