It's really quite simple...If you are live in the US, get all the documentation from the content supplier. He no supplies, you don't buy. How complex is that and you don't need a fucking lawyer to tell you this.
If you aren't a yank and live outside the states...Who really gives a shit, but still get the documentation incase the US laws spread to be of a uniform standard.
