Why do black people amount for some much crime?

If a black man and an Asian man applied for a job with you who would you hire. Lets say they both had equal credentials.

African Americans are horribly stereo typed.
They don't want to work all they do is smoke weed ect, ect. Television is a large part of the problem. Racism is not accepted now but that doesn't prevent people from having stereo types. It has only been recently that blacks have been represented positively at all on TV.

White people ultimately trust white people. You are running a 200,000 dollar a year business Do you want someone you THINK is going to steal from you taking care of all your important info?

The fact is that African Americans have a much more difficult time in the financial world. Because of this other means are used to survive. Poverty causes crime and violence. The violence is typically taken out on who you are closest to. Not to mention that if a black man hurts a white man they will put him under the prison.

Another Valid point that should be covered is that a lot of blacks are democratic due to poverty. If you have a felony you can not vote. Getting rid of the opposition over a long period of time increase your chances. Imagine if the 60% of African Americans locked up got out of jail and voted.

NONE of them are oppressed by anyone but themselves. Dont fall for this reverse-racism bullshit, its all excuses for blacks own failures. "Black rights" groups spend a lot of time and money putting the blame on anyone but themselves, unfortunately enough white people are stupid enough to believe them to allow them to continue this message.

I know PLENTY of well-spoken and professional African Americans - getting jobs and getting into colleges is actually EASIER FOR SMART BLACK PEOPLE THAN WHITES. Schools and major companies literally jump at the chance to hire a qualified minority.

Then you have n*ggers, these dumbfucks either just rob people, suckup welfare checks, sell drugs, OR apply for jobs and goto interviews talking like "yeaa I be wantin to work here ya feel me?" and say they dont get hired because theyre black.

In reality, any white person walking into a job speaking ebonics wouldnt get hired.

The current generation of blacks is completely fucked, since rap actually made being uneducated, speaking imporper, and committing crimes a COOL thing. This is something they created, and embraced, leave white people out of it.

Many ethnicities came to this country under harsh and poor conditions. For example, Chinese came here as SLAVES building railroads, now those same families generations later are some of the most well educated in the country and have one of the lowest crime rates.

Your BEGINNINGS cannot be your excuse for your CURRENT failures forever, black people need to get over the 'blame whitie' bullshit like everyone else, and take a look at themselves and their own communities and moral values.

Ask almost any black person - where they have been thru college or not - and listen hard. They see another side, more of action than just words.

Also.. can't say for all, but there are no "excuses" for failures. Got two particular black friends, - dunno if the first went thru college, but he will tell of what his life was like so far. It's no big deal - but obvious it's miles away from us honkeys. Another did go thru college - a doc - and on one of our corp boards. He's actually one of the most active guys in this corp - and got his head screwed on, - and, following from yota71's post - is dealing with a damned load more than $200K. Despite, that, he will say the same thing - and without a chip on the shoulder - that he has not had it easy because he was black. He was a total outcast when he was at college - tho that was a few years back now.

Trying to accept history is one thing - in reality it's different - and a long way to go yet.

There is a fair amount of black people that hide behind racism. In contrast there are whites who blame a lot of the problems of this country on blacks. It all stems from frustration.
Both groups have a ton of work to do to fix things. The real suppressor in all of this is poverty and money
