Are there any affiliates that will work a site..

I'm pissed off with lazy affiliates....

I've been monitoring the traffic for Sahara's site and it's amazing how many of my lazy affiliates are still sending a lot of traffic to the original 16 hosted galleries ,when there has been a lot more material added since the launch, plus there are free sites and god knows what else I offer to help promote the site. They can even download the material to build there own pages... Do many bother... NO. The few that have done this make regular sales as they also seem to be the ones who post them to tgp's and links sites, so giving extra promo along side my own hosted pages.

I send out emails when ever I have added more promotional material... I ask them for feedback so that I can help them more... What do I get... FUCK ALL response.... I have even informed all the sites that list the hosted material to update their lists and do they... NO !!

If there are any wm's around who are prepared to do some work to earn $$$, email me: webmasteratsaharagetsdirtydotcom and I will give you 60% on sales and re-bills instead of the usual 50% if you can prove yourselves... I know the site converts well as most of the sign up's come from my own promotion of the site, which in a way is a bonus for me as I get to keep 100% of the sale... LOL.

So... If you are a wm who uses affiliate programmes and you are prepared to do some work, for a change... You will be rewarded

I work my ass off on a worthy sponsor, the problem is that there aren't a whole lot and I suck at picking them.

On the other hand, when my wife tells me "sign up to this, it will sell", then she's usually right. I make real nice money.

The first link I click on shows me major traffic leaks, even right on the top of the page. No one serious will promote that and in MHO, I think you need design help.

Rework your promotional tools to account for "lazy affiliates" and you'll both benefit from. They're sending traffic, find ways to create tools to take advantage of this. Offer more than static galleries. Offer dynamic galleries with static links instead ( see PerfectGonzo ) that can show random galleries (that you can track to see which ones convert better, and weight higher).

Many affiliates who have some traffic skills don't always have the best design or html skills. Making it easier for them will also help ensure the traffic stays with you. Give them downloadable sites, but also downloadable matrix of sites ready to be ranked well on their own domains and servers.

Some programs have an enormous amount of promotional tools and links. These should also have CSV zips of links and data that can be used to develop link directories, and hubs with.

Just some ideas, not sure if you're already doing any of this or not.

That links list promotes Sahara's heavily and it has a Google pr of 4. 99% of the other sites listed are also mine so if a surfer leaves Sahara... He ends up at another of mine one way or another...

My post was about lazy affiliates, which I know a lot of other sponsors moan about, Sahara's site sells well even with these lazy bastards, so let's get back on track and not about design or anything else...

Your responses to concerns raised in this thread are a perfect example of why you're affiliates aren't putting in a whole lot of effort to promote you.

Take a step back and look at the big picture, instead of only your own concerns.
