I have them in my current system, and do not see a specific performance boost, when using PC Mark or similar software packages.
Not only is the cost not justified, the performance gain is SO slim in my real-world experience that I'd feel downright silly for wasting the money AND ending up with such a small amount of overall space for the price to boot.
It just isn't worth it, IMHO.
