Nubiles is one of those "one in a million sites" in my opinion, one of the only sites I actually bought a membership to for myself.
The content is fresh and updated constantly (not just cycled like other sites) and I know for a fact that they tweak their promo content all the time to, so that conversions are more then just few and far between.
Not to mention the sheer amount of content, I can only imagine how long the rebills last!
For those talking about poor conversions, I'd bet it's the traffic, teen and glam traffic really seems to work best with them, BUT they also cover many other niches you can send your other niched traffic to, just get with a nubiles rep and tell them what you have to work with and they'll steer you in the right direction.

They've been up forever for 1 reason and 1 reason only... BECAUSE IT SELLS, CONVERTS, WORKS, & REBILLS. Period. I don't promote them but I shoot for them on occasion.
