Well actually, I have an exploit that hijacks the surfer's PC in many of these countries..
They dont update the MS Patch, and they use dialup, and with my exploits I can really fuck up everything they have.
From autodialing them to places in Africa at 3.99 per minute, to poping up adds for them and their childeren to see.
Its actually quite profitable.
