Is there a way to be whitelisted at Spam Arrest?

We are having trouble getting our customer service emails to our members because of Spam Arrest. Like when a customer asks for their user/pass, or their subscription number, our system mails it to them automatically, but then Spam Arrest blocks it.

Then we get a bitchy member complaining that we aren't responding to them.

Does anyone know if there is a way for Spam Arrest to let those emails through automatically? Since they block every email automatically, they are interfering with our ability to conduct honest business on the net, and costing us extra to have a person handle those emails manually.

Any suggestions?
