    I lost my articles of incorportation.

    I have no clue where i put em, dont ask how i lost em either cause i have no clue.

    I guess if i go to my bank they should have it in there records correct?

              Did you use a service to incorporate or do it yourself? If you used a service call them and they will have it.

                  yeah i used em about 4 yrs ago i called em , to get the official crap from the state i have to order replacements. I am gonna go to my bank and see if they got em , word

                              Get a copy from the Secretary of State of the state you incorporated under. There's probably a fee for the copy.

                                                      The bank required a copy of them. My accountant has a copy of them. My sister in law has a copy.
