Confirming that both ISPs work we're using Rogers as primary provider and Bell as secondary with a load balancer. I tested accessing www topbucks dot com and my account a few times to make sure, and each time I got in without a hitch.

We are from Toronto dowtown area, so I don't think there is any ISP problems, though we had severe weather yesterday. Only the Western parts of GTA and Northern areas got affected with the bad weather. There were power outages, but I didn't hear of anyone in the downtown core having issues.

It's all good from Toronto.
