my assumption is that as long as you aren't trying to pass them off as authentic Rolexes, you're not infringing.

Most of replica sites I've seen make it very clear you are purchasing a replica and not a real Rolex.

I would assume this is similar the perfume knockoffs (I know those are mainly due to the fact you can't patent a fragrance)

well they aren't going after the name, they are going after them because pfizer's profits on viagra are down because too many people don't want to visit thier family doctor with thier problem so instead they order them online. There are thousands of non spamming pharmacies but they never got busted because they arent breaking the law. Speaking of which, if anyone needs viagra check the sig

Yea thats true. I don't really use tgp's to market adult sites anymore. I can make more giving them a few 5 minute vids then offering them some mainstream stuff
