I just want a processor so when customers want to join the site to prove they are 18 they have to enter there credit card info. However I do not want them to be billed. Is there a company out there?

credit card is not a legally recognized age verification method. there isn't one thats electronic besides just digitally acknowledging that you're over 18. the only way to prove age is with a government issued document. even those can be forged though.

sites like webcams.com require you to use a credit card to enter the site, but they do not charge you. This is what I am looking for.Comment

There is a processing fee for each transaction with most processors. All you need is a age verification script. As A1R3K said cc doesnt count for age verification. Those were the Clinton days son.Comment
