I dealt with this guy and within 20minutes he charged back the paypal.. at this point i decided I would not deal with him and would just send him a refund, I informed him I would do that.
I have not hiden from him and dont plan on hiding from him. The refund was not sent because he didnt give me a chance, he decided to tell people I was a scammer even though I had spoken to him and the main reason
He reversed a paypal with a full description stating the sale was for adult rx data. Not a good move! Well done we both lose out paypal accounts!
I can only advise you masterly to try and reverse the dispute you have on paypal and file another one and even then you will be very fortunate if paypal do not close the accounts.
If you want your money contact me and talk fairly. I said from the start I will refund you and indeed I will if you calm down and let me do that.
