Do you have a casino there? If they do, look around for a clover sculpture and if it's outside, you can have a model posing by the clovers in a green bikini or you can get creative with that (just be careful of security)

Paint yourself green and curl your arms and legs into loops so you look like a clover? The arms would be easy, the legs would take some effort... and maybe "make a wish" written on your chest.
