                Not sure what the point of that link was. Anyways I e-mailed them directly and they said I could transer funds from them to my bank. which is good otherwise they'd be useles to me. I see where peole keep mentioning you can use them at an ATM but that's only if you have the electron card not the virtual visa. And they charge $35 a year for the card and $35 for "insurance". Thta's BS. Good thing I don't have to get the card.

                By the way, the mail just came and STILL no check from AFF or ALT for the period ending FEBRUARY 15th.
