I often wondered that myself when I see galleries like that with for example "The Incredibles", there's the young boy and sister fucking. Sure, they're just drawings, BUT they're drawings of CP.

I'd think those types of depictions would violate the ToS of almost every program out there, at least under incest and KP provisions (and probably copyright infringement as well).

I just canned about half a dozen of those sites from our program (at fpctraffic).

Nope. Hentai is a lot more than that or I wouldn't run hentai sites. All characters in our content have adult bodies. Most major sites are that way (not that ours is major). lol

I hear cartoon CP like this is a tool that real child molesters use to lure young kids into doing sexual acts. For instance, they show them a drawing of maggie simpson sucking Homer's dick, and use it to convince the child that such an act is ok. Since the drawings look exactly like the tv show, it could really fuck with the kid's head I imagine. Same thing with dizney porn.

According to the US Supreme Court "simulated" CP is prefectly legal. Face it every mainstream "teen" movie that shows to supposed underaged kids fucking is simulated CP.

I've had hentai sites declined because they lacked a 2257 statement. I'm not joking. Mine usually amount to "they're DRAWN people and all have adult bodies", but for some folk, it has to be there. So a lot of hentai and toon webmasters add them anyway. Seeing the topical judgment that fellow exercised, I'm not sure why he added one, but ...

US Supreme Court never said any child porn was ok. Matter of fact under the amber act it clearly states that any virtual cp is illegal. Better check your laws again.
