    Is a 1.9% CTR for a picture gallery too low?

    I've just did some maths and it seems my average CTR for february was 1.9%

    Is that just too low or do you guys consider it normal?

    PS: I had never calculated this before..
    I'm just a newbie.

      2% is actually average, as shitty as that number is. I've seen as high as 10%, maybe a little higher.

                  seems average, for everyone who says he has 6%, there is someone with 0.5%

                      depends fully on how aggressively you push the ads, whether the content is of quality, and of course on the quality of the traffic.

                      I've had numbers as high as 13%, and as low as 0.6% (!) over the years.

                                  here we go again 2% says nothing. What ratio(1st page) do you have with 2% CTR?
                                  One example: Lets say I have 1:800 uniques with 8% CTR, in this case, you should have 1:200 with 2% CTR to make the same money.
                                  What matters is --> gallery visitors/sales

                                      still if your ratio from gallery to paysite is small you arent going to see much sales.
