FOLLOW UP: Today I called the FBI regarding the complaint I filled aginst IBILL and ETELEGATE. They are still looking into the matter. I asked the agent if its ok to post his name here so other webmasters can call him to file omplaint aginst the asholes. He said that all webmasters owed money by etelegate should file a complaint at the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/ This is the direct link to the form you need http://complaint.ic3.gov/Default.aspx

Anyone who got his rebills transfered from IBILL to ETELEGATE, and who has not been paid by ETELEGATE should file ASAP. This is the only way to put the mother fuckers in jail.
