I don't think they have a revenue model yet. Think I read that they're following the old Napster model: establish a name for yourself, then try to figure out a way to make money off of it.
I suspect it's going to be a challenge to make it profitable, particularly when they allow their videos to be streamed remotely, without even visiting the homepage. I would say it depends on what they are using as their backbone, and if they are running their own shit, or on a network of some kind.
I'm guessing it's a ton of OC8/12/24's and if it's a shared thing, they are probably dropping atleast 10's of thousands a month minimum. Unless they have a sweetheart deal.

Actually in the short time that Youtube has been out its already outpaced google in terms of uploads and user downloads per day.
