for his coughing and this isn't a joke but rub Vicks vaporub or anything with methenol on his feet( or chest) it unblocks the trigger that makes him cough but if hes sneezing and running a bad fever take him... coughing and sneezing sounds like and allergy but the stomach has me wondering.... try
