    I quit smoking today in the weirdest way..

    And it?s working..

    My friend and I were going to get gas early this morning and I was talking about quitting so he tells me how he did. Tells me to go in the gas station and buy a tin of skoal with a flavor I hate. I do it and he tells me to force myself to chew it for a minute.. It was so fucking nasty. After about 30 seconds I almost puked and spit it out.

    Then he tells me to wait 30 minutes with no drinks, and light up a cig. I do that, and the first puff made me really sick. Haven?t had a cig all day since then and it?s not even bothering me. The thought of one makes me sick.

          that's what i did. trained my brain to think they're nasty. i smoke blunts all the time but if i even smell a cig i'm like uhhggghghhhh...
