Content Scammer Alert.

Just been looking at some content that was offered for sale to me. As always I checked it thoroughly.

The IDs and models releases are from different producers, the styles are from different producers and some of it has no documents, well I can't find them.

Not accusing the seller of selling something he has no right to, but I am emailing a few of the shooters who have got the ID left on the MR.

And will tell them to come here and confirm the seller has the rights to sell.

Now I've found a model release from Sobe Girl and it says "Not for Resale"

Seems the scam alert just raised itself a notch.

SO BE WARNED.

The guy is calling himself Adonthenet and the FTP addresses he gave me were. 65.98.115.147 and 65.98.115.147 which are both now blocked to me.

Someone with more Internet savvy can trace him from that.

I jhust got off the phone with Eric, it seems he might of sold this content to this guy. The whole thing is on hold.

Eric supplied the content with a big "Not for Resale" on the model release.

The point is if you are selling content as a business, to end users, you better make sure it's all LEGAL!

If not you are a liar, scammer, thief, slacker, etc ....

The ramifications from violation of state, federal, or civil prosecution are to severe for a content seller to not diligently research the background of his product. Unless he of course is a retard. If he just doesn't care then he falls under one of the above categories.

Sobe sold this guy questionable content and that makes this guy questionable now if he is reselling it.

Paul is not trying to eliminate competition, he's trying to help protect people from buying potentially stolen goods.

People should be thanking him for taking an active role in protecting them. Fucking ingrates.

Once again, Paul didn't fuck up. Sobe fucked up and adonthenet fucked up by doing business with Sobe. WTF was he thinking?

I have release that write (hand written) Not for resale or Exclusive for xxx.com Only .. etc ..

Those Pics or videos are NEver to sold Period .. Be true to the original agreement with the model or producer .. Just because someone has sold the not for sale content .. still doesnt give you the right to keep selling it
