Give me hosting and content that isn't overused (must NOT be in the affiliates area) and I'll hire someone 24/7 to build and submit freesites and galleries for you guys.

For the content you can give me a user/pass for the sites if you want.

Conversions is very key for making cash...Problem is with all the choices out there...Sometimes you gotta give shit away in good faith that the user will signup and see for themselfs the conversion ratios...As I could sit here and say oh yeah we get 1 in 50 conversions and blah blah blah...

But trying it is the only real way to know for sure...

We are working on doing PPS down the road in the future and it is definitely something we have in the works but for now we have revshare only. Our software products which will be launched this month will however have $30 PPS.

free hosting with stats. 1 mgp design for each site, cut up movies with matching thumbnails 3-6 per scene. Umm that about does it really. I think triplexcash has the best download content section, they have matching thumbs right there and can easily d/l movies for each gallery. Make the process alot quicker, which more programs had their downloadable content like that.
